Hook Wire Electrode

The hookwire electrode consists of 40cm insulated stainless steel wire AISI 302 (0,08mm d, 40G) threaded through a hypodermic needle. The needle is 13mm in length and has 0,35mm in diameter(28 G).
The end of the wire is positioned so 5mm of wire exits the end of needle and is bent at 180 degrees angle from the needle.The end of wire is insulated 2mm and stripped 3 mm. The other end of the lead wire terminates in a miniatore gold plated 0.84x5mm pin connector.
